Arrived at the medical centre at 12:10. My husband had to have blood test done the door to Lancet Lab was locked went to reception to enquire how I can get URGENT blood done. Their was two ladies in reception the one lady said that normally close at 13:00 but today they close at 12:00. Weren’t even interested in helping me they had a conversation in Zulu. Asked if their is nobody ales that can draw blood and they said no their is only a locum dr and he can’t do it. Very unprofessional will never put my feet at this “medical centre” ever again.
The service here is Terrible you can't make an appointment unless you call them. I went there at 19:00 yet my number was given to me in the morning. They took a whole day to see see my daughter. They called me at 17:00 to come while the 2 ladies before me waited. It's almost 20:00 and I'm still waiting...
Very nice staff and it's a clean environment.
