1st time I have actually paid this company a visit. To my surprise I was met with great service, starting from the gentleman at the gate, then moving onto the cash sales office, where there too I was met with super friendly, helpful staff, who actually went out of their way to assist me. What makes this experience even more unique, is their current pricing structure, which compared to the general steel merchants in the market, their products seem very well priced indeed. They also boast with a huge variety of products, ranging from tubing, solid bar, profiled extrusions, plate, pipe, to name but a few of the items they carry, in both Stainless Steel and aluminum. If you are in the market for a new supplier, Euro Steel is well worth visit, you will not be disappointed.

Always good service

Ide just like to thank you guys for the outstanding service. I came to melissa last minute at the end of the year for a small order. That didnt stop Melissa giving 110% service, i dont often receive follow up/ good service these days. So i feel its important to acknowledge when a staff member has made a customers day.

Answering machine does not picking up and no openings hours on answering machine or on their Google direction listing.

Pathetic service and they Supply the wrong size, which is right on the papers and then won't refund due to the pipe already been cut.
