Quality products but staff have a don't care attitude. Always long pointless waiting, product managers don't communicate, sales and accouts dont correlate forcing you to wait after preordering and arranging for collection.

Placed an essential order day before country lock down went to collect and was told no stock and sales manager was unavailable and didn't return calls. He did eventually supply alternative stock but if you a manager you deal with an issue, don't not return calls and hide behind your subordinates

Make sure you bring a blanket and some snacks you going to be waiting a while for you order. The wait time for orders is shocking been waiting for more then 2 hours.

Don't waste your time. They can't be bothered to answer their phones or reply to emails. Such a shame. Used to be an awesome distributor.

I have been using Even Flow for their VoIP products for years now. Today I find my self disappointed with the level of service and response I got to my queries. I waited over an hour for an order that was placed and paid on Thursday for collection on Monday. Furthermore, called multiple time to query about my order and the call was just hung up. I know they can do better, but lately their service has been below par.

I collected here a few times and they are quite fast the stuff is always ready 9 out of 10 times yip 4 star

I have been disappointed with Evenflows JHBs service. Their service is quite slow. Collecting stock has been difficult from time to time. They always seem to have some sort of problem with their system. I also struggle to get through to them on their landline. It is a hit a miss. I think the major problem for me would be, that they don't have timely responses. It feels as if they have become too big and have become comfortable.
