I went to buy a monitor and the service was quick. You have to know what you want to buy as there is no show room. So doing your research from their website is important. There was a short queue, you collect w ticket and wait to be called. Payment is cheaper if you use eft. After paying you will be directed to collect at the collections section of the building. Sometimes there will be a queue but it moves fast.
For any computer needs this should be on your list. Super selection with custom options and friendly staff to assist. There online orders and collect system works awesome and there is discount offers on most online item's As a walk in customer you need a little patience as they get very busy but this too does not take too long. They do have options on delivering to your door as well. Take time to go online and see what they offer
Evetech was recommended by a friend. I drove to their offices very excited to speak to an IT specialist about my electronic problem. Only to be met by someone who made it seem like a chore to assist me. I hope this was a once-off and next time the staff will show more enthusiasm I don't mean sing and dancefor example, they can ask the client what their technical issue are. What do they need the PC/laptop for? Perhaps give the client different options and why you recommend each option. I at least had an idea of what I wanted to get, but not everyone is tech-savvy, next time be more helpful, please people want to be sure that what they're spending their money on will improve their technical needs for a while.
Received my order. Everything looks great! So far happy with the purchased items, I just feel the purchase support could be a little better. The first day of emails was awesome, quick response no problem. The next day was when chaos ensued and the response times and rate went out the window. Michelle was awesome, quick response, updated the order when something went out of stock on the Monday. Brandon S, could have gotten back to me like he said he would, but it was late so maybe it just slipped his mind. All in all not the worst experience, but, they do need to work on the internal co-operation, and to get back to client emails at a faster rate. Other than that, I am happy they resolved my issue and had it delivered the next day. The items purchased are great and the are no faults with that!
I ordered a new gaming pc from Evetech last week Tuesday. Initially I was a bit apprehensive as I had read some negative reviews, but I decided to go with them for a few reasons: 1 Their pricing is reasonable and quite cheap in comparison 2 Their UI allows for easy customisation as price comparison Something I feel their competitors are sorely lacking 3 They seem to have made an attempt to improve as I have seen more recent positive reviews. I received the pc on the Friday. So 3 days to build, pack and deliver which I feel is absolutely fantastic. All the components I received where perfect, no scratches or even fingerprints. I received all the original boxes and cables. On the hard drive itself, windows was already installed along with a CPU stress test screenshot. I can not think of a single negative with my experience and all the people from Evetech and their chosen courier did an outstanding job. A sincere thank you to the people involved! Chris.
Quick and efficient service, with great prices. Got a payment confirmation within minutes after placing an order Saturday. Got tracking number first thing Monday morning with swift Tuesday delivery. Thank you for the great work Evetech, will definitely use your services as I upgrade my rig
I had a great experience, Quick Assistance and updates every day. They walked me through the whole process from payment to delivery. Goods came sealed and in excellent condition. They resolved my refund issue and I can really say that I trust this company. The only thing bothering me is the delivery courier service, I wont mention them but it was not accurate nor gave me any peace of mind - telling me my stuff is getting delivered at 7pm and only coming the day after, while I'm at a different address and it says it has been delivering my stuff for 4 days already.
I was recommended them by a friend. First order went through brilliantly. Good friendly efficient service. Second order was a little slower and when I sent a mail to ask when I could expect the order as it is my daughter's birthday soon. I did receive a reply from a sales consultant named Jared and his reply was vague, at best, and did not answer my actual question ! And here I was thinking that I had found a reliable and friendly supplier ! Guess I will have to keep looking.
Good prices but the sales arent helpful when it comes to technical questions about their products. When following up on orders they dont tell you anything besides saying your order will be dispatched in 2 - 4 working days. Otherwise I truly think Evetech has potential to become one of the bests.
I’d stay away from this brand. Delivery usually takes 2-3 weeks and they even promise you earlier deliveries sometimes and then fail to deliver. Asked for a refund and a month after ordering they promise me a date of payment for refund and two days later I’m still yet to receive any refund or communication. There are better online stores than this one for sure that have way better customer service.
