Poor. The "fresh" logo only means that it probably looked fresh when packed. It means nothing to the consumer when the product is less than 50% consumable on the table. What happened to the produce before AND after packing determines it's condition when purchased by the end user. Symptomatic of the state of the South African economy, is that suppliers in a large number of instances, are only concerned about their profit and not the quality of the product on the consumers table. I have photographic evidence of a product, packed by you, unfit for consumption on the table. Avocados, and some other fresh produce, are extremely susceptible to bruising, and it does not show when purchased. Only after a few days during ripening does it begin to become evident. Whether before, during or after packing is irrelevant to the consumer. They expect Class 1 condition when marked as such, not rotten produce. After all they pay for it with hard-earned money, and expect to fill stomachs with it! Should you be interested enough, I will gladly submit photographic evidence of the condition of the product, the packaging, and the sell by date if you would provide me with an e-mail address. I have not circulated this on social media, as my concept of integrity does not allow that without allowing you the opportunity of following the honorable route, which will be to allow you to prove your intent to supply quality products, and rectify shortcomings in your supply chain. I bought their avocados 1kg pack of 6 for the second time now and I'm not sure what these avos are made of but they don't ripen, they go straight from rock hard to rotten. I'm not happy with this products at all.

I bought a Freshmark Green Frilly Lettuce today at Checkers opposite Mall@Reds, Centurion. The packet said ‘washed and ready to enjoy’ but the first lettuce that I took out was dirty and so was the second lettuce!! Unexceptable! Is this were our standards in SA is going to - down??
