I think the Host's name is Valerie l stand corrected but coincidentally a very fitting name for that type of a Joint, sexy ‍ The Lady is so so Open and Helpful and knows their Product very Well! Not to mention Professional

Very disappointed......I bought two wigs from them and when they arrived they looked NOTHING like the photos they advertised on their website.... The wear and go lace wig is not a lace wig...... Its looks nothing like what they advertised and it looks like they used 1 or 2 bundles to make the wig.....the photo on the website show a lace wig with lots of volume...... not the disappointing wig I received. Also when you communicate with them on whatsaap they respond days later....... Very poor customer service....... FALSE ADVERTISING Alert!!!!!!! When you buy from them have very low expectations...... I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AND REGRET NOT READING THE REVIEWS ABOUT THEM FIRST BEFORE BUYING..... WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT..... I FEEL LIKE I GOT SCAMMED.......

Am soooooooo disappointed. I bought a wig as a gift for my sister two weeks ago and send proof of payment on the 063 number. I have been waiting for my tracking number since and worse part 063 number is forever on voice mail, they dont respond to msg. and guess what the Durban store said I should just keep on calling 063 THEY DONT DEAL WITH THIS KIND OF ISSUES....IYOOOOOOOOOOService: Brazilian hair straightening

I'm pleased with the experience i got from ladies @ Exclusivevirginhair Durban.. Valerie and Matshu were super nice.. even went an extra mile to actually assist me with what I needed 16inch closure which was not in store at the time.. guys you're amazing.. keep up the good work

I wish I read the reviews before supporting them. I paid full amount plus the delivery which they said they will deliver on the following day. Now that I have paid they said I will have to go and collect at their drop point. I ordered on the second of March till today they have not delivered. When I ask them on WhatsApp they do not respond. I will NEVER recommend them.

I go there to check if I can get something I like. When I get there I fell in love with the short hair. It is called Peruvian.

Hi I’am not pleased with the service I received at your vip exclusive hair in Durban, assistant not friendly and card machine not working, i had half cash and said i just need them to customise my weave then come back with the balance but they refused not even trying to understand that its really not my fault that her card machine is not working, ready to let a customer of years to go just like that

The services was so pathetic the lady at front desk had no smile when greeting she was not wearing a mask that is why I say there was no welcoming smile. She rolled her eyes like I am irritating her when asking questions about the hair I enquired to buy I will never go there again I had a bad experience and poor customer service Not even recommend this place They must be taught customer service

I took my hair for a wash and they cut my hair at the end 28” and when i call they gave me attitude and admitted they did it when i go there they gave me attitude and denied it meaning I don’t know my hair. My split ends are cut as it is.

Very unprofessional. I've been waiting for my order for 4weeks. My whattup is being ignored and empty promises every day. Will never buy anything from them and will tell other people too Staff are arrogant and don't take accountability for anything.
