They always catch you with the fine print and when finding yourself in a pickle all the unpleasant lady working there tells you is "just use Uber". What an extremely unprofessional thing to say to a client. When you find yourself in a problematic situation due to their bad communication just be warned they will never go the extra mile to make things convenient to you as the customer. Flysafair recommended this company, I really recommend rather walking than using these crooks

Even though I had the car filled up at the Sasol petrol station on the airport grounds, they still charged me for putting more in once I'd handed it in, plus a cover charge for actually doing it!! For this reason I will NEVER use this bunch again. I thought this scam had been stopped years ago but obviously not. Oh, and BTW if you're over 5'9" say 1.75m you might want to watch out that they don't give you a Honda Amaze because it has to be one of the worst cars to drive, only fit for small people - probably designed by a midget Japanese!!
My brothers car insurance was hired a courtesy car at Hertz on 12 March and bringing the vehicle back on 27 March with full tank of petrol,clean and the were no dents but they come with stories when they suppose to bring back his R1600 deposit even last week he was in durban branch but they didn't assist him
Rented white Nissan Almera Sedan on 26/09/20 - 28/09/20. The car was in a very good condition. They told me that my deposit will be back after 7 working days & of course I got it back yesterday 07/10/20. The receptionist Rebbeca, VERY GOOD SERVICES!!!
