At the time of booking presented one price, but charge additional 15% in fees after the fact. Don't trust their price. Filled up with fuel but charged for fuel anyway. At pick up CPT international, cars are way out of the way. No one to help, except for dodgy vagrant likely trying to scam/rob me, whom I managed to slip. Lousy, unhelpful person at front desk. Check in system screen points outwards, shows all onlookers your credit card info, including CVV. Never again.
i`ve been dealing with most of car rentals but since i tried first car i`m very happy and the kind of service i got is surprisingly, last year 2018 i visited Capetown and when its time to go back home i did not have time to take their car back as my bus was leaving so i sent my younger sister to take the car back to airport and they accepted the car and never charge me for secondary driver as other company does.
If I could give them less than 0 stars I would have! Never use this rental company - they do not tell you that you have to pay a contract fee when you are booking, however it is embedded in small print in your contract. They take it out of your deposit at the end. In addition you are forced to use e-tolls at an exorbitant rate of an a service fee of R20 in addition to the toll fees. Really annoyed with this underhanded techniques.

Incorrect information on Website regarding business hours on a Friday - closing at six???? Five thirty already closed which was most inconvenient!
Great. Helped me out with a car after a breakdown. Shame about the car though.
