Very rude and unfriendly staff at the door and very long waiting times took. Over a hour to just pick up my bank card that was ready
Ridiculously long waiting time at East Rand Mall branch. I was told the wait would be 35 minutes, an hour later the queue hardly budged. I eventually left after an hour. One hour of my life I’ll never get back. I’ll go somewhere else to open my business account.
Have been waiting to see a consultant for 2hrs now. Zero service from this branch
FNB staff personnel make people skip queues and they are not keen in helping people who are in line except for those that come forward to the front desk. This makes people who stood in the queue feel stupid and unattended to. Slow service as well is an issue in this branch.
What a great service i obtained from Xikombiso, deserve a 10/10,thank you a lot..
I dread everytime when I have to visit this branch. The service is so ridiculously slow. It's always empy with 4 people but you I have to wait an hour before getting served. This happens all the time! Why is such unprofessional behaviour allowed? Terrible to say the least.
Disgusting service at this branch. No proper assistance, they even lost my credit card application. As a new customer, this was a bad experience and no application was actually submitted even though I had provided the branch with all required documentation. Priscilla and the Branch Manager were useless.

First National Bank east rand mall branch has friendly staffs who will ask for what you need as soon as you reach the door. Based on your response they will direct you to the right area either online banking, cell phone banking or meeting with a consultant. In case you are meeting with a consultant, there is a queue system that generate numbers which will be called when a consultant is ready to assist. FNB is a great bank
