Worst customer services ever. Spoke to three people. The first one was a lady, told her my problem and she just sends the call to the next department and says nothing. The second person was a guy told him my problem again and he took my information out me on mute for 10min and drops the call. I phone again the last guy’s name was Curtis. He greeted me and as I said I am not happy he puts the phone done in my ear. If I could give minus stars for this place I would. FNB your service and customer service are very disgusting!
Poor service was provided by the tellers. Especially the tellers consultant Elaine Henius , she was rude and very racist. Spoke about us in Afrikaans to the tellers next to us. We are not happy with the way we were assisted.
They do not answer the phone. The call just simply drops after a selection was selected for a extension. Frustrated.
Such a poorly managed branch. Their ticketing system isn’t issuing tickets causing a frustrating situation where people can’t remember their numbers. The branch is also seriously poorly staffed. Despite the long queue of customers, one sales/services employee left for lunch causing an even longer wait. I hated being here.
Poor service... Asked Manager to help me get letter of Guarantee for a new business a week ago... still waiting
From a long-standing FNB customer - the service at this branch is pathetic. I dread every day that I have to come here.
I can't justify waiting 30 mins and longer just to collect a card. Seriously considering moving all my accounts as this isn't the first time this branch has failed to perform
Slow service. Staff walk arround more chit chatting than helping the clients and allowing ppl in without a mask
Speedy service here is NOT a priority. Easily wait over an hour, and low staffed, not to mention attitude. Traggic for the amount of bank charges you get charged.
Please be so kind in changing your trading hours as it shows 8:30 on Saturday on your site but you only open at 9. So i have been infront of your door from 8:15. Thanks
