Uber order cancelled for the 3rd time now - no explanation and only found out when the kids were complaining they're hungry and I checked the app to see what was taking so long
Me and my family have been eating at fishaways for a while but last night we found our experience rather disappointing. We order the 3 specials; rice, chips, salad and fish. Although the fish was excellent, the chips were not cooked properly, the rice was hard, as if it was old and the salad was brown in color and smelt funny. We ended up just having the fish alone for dinner... This is unfortunate, but we hope you can take our concerns to heart.
I ordered a meal with hot sauce and salad got to my B&B paid for the hot source and had a tasteless meal
Incompetent staff and very rude. After talking to several people I ask yo speak to rude Pamela who just failed to listen to me!!
Food is great service very poor
Have to rate them with a star,would not give it even but for review purposes I have to start with one star. Ordered from them and when my ordered was delivered I noticed that I ordered one item to little. Phoned them and ordered the item for delivery. Delivery was confirmed after explaining the mistake on my side. Never received the item ordered. This is poor to say the least. Not that it was free as I was paying for the item .
Good food , friendly service and value for money
I've ordered Hake Rice & Chips meal, hake grilled through Mr Delivery, instead I received Hake fried & rice!! When querried, I was told to send it back, but Mr Delivery has already left! Please check you order or rather order from ocean basket
