Cape Town Fish Market V&A Waterfront

We stopped by this place during their off time early in the afternoon during the week day. We really liked the food. See pictures. My salmon salad was so good that I keep telling people about it even now. We also got a large seafood platter that was amazing. I don't remember now how much the bill was, but it wasn't a lot. If we are ever back in Capetown we'll be back to this restaurant. Maybe to try more of their seafood selection.

Saturday was a lunch date day with my son, and as we were both craving seafood, we headed to a favourite of ours, Cape Town Fish Market at V and A Waterfront. It was such a beautiful day in Cape Town and the Waterfront was buzzing. Seated at a table with a view and breeze thankfully!, we chatted, people watched me, eyes on the footie Daniel and enjoyed a sumptuous seafood lunch. We've been going to CTFM for years and this branch consistently delivers on great service, good vibes and delicious food. Always a winner. Thank you CTFM!

It was a first for my clients at Cape Town Fish Market and YOU have to go! This cozy restaurant at the V&A Waterfront has left the best impressions! Hospitable hosts, we were served by the sweetest soul lady Barbara and the manager on the floor was an absolute delight hahahaha Bubbles! We love that guy! We really enjoyed the experience and it was because of his great energy and friendly personality, delicious dishes, and beautiful presentation that made me and my clients feel at home. We will be back!

We were at the CPT Fish Market at the V&A Waterfront in December. I believe we waited for an hour to have our food. My rice was cold. The soup was like water. I had to stand up and asked to be served. The service was horrible. The place was not organised well. Anyways, just look at my food and judge for yourself.

Amazing ...superb . After a entire exhausting day , i was searching for a good sushi . Voila!! The sushi ... delicious and with a glass of wine tasted the best . The management was so friendly and they took care of each table . The first impression and it was worth it !! .try it out ..you are missing an amazing place Food: 5/5

I made a reservation the day before with I believe her name is Zae, she was absolutely a sweetheart to deal with and she made the booking process easy. We arrived 15 minutes before our reservation time, and were handed to a hostess who didn't really seem like she knew what she was doing or really interested in making sure our table was ok. After about 35 minutes of sitting unattended, one of the team members I unfortunately didn't catch his name noticed our table was unattended and immediately stepped in took our drink orders and assigned a waiter to us. We got the lovely Brian. Really sweet and attentive, he definitely made up for the sour start. My friends and I enjoyed the food and the drinks were great too.

I hosted my 29th birthday there, they were very accomodative while organizing it. They even let me store the cake there early. I was able to host up to 27 people and they made it very easy for me.Food: 5/5

Excellent food, nice service We'll come back if they like. Update: unfortunately I must revise my evaluation as we tried to visit twice again, but they refused admission due to some weird issues in the kitchen. Restaurant, however, was not at all booked and we had a proper reservation. Disappointing!Food: 4/5
