FNB Gateway Br, opening

The waiting time was short, the staff were efficient and the branch was clean and tidy. The only thing I think could be improved is perhaps the noise levels. It was really difficult to hear above all the commotion, and to talk above it was not really ideal.

Estimated 16min waiting to collect a card. Its 45min and still havent been helped. FNB is good at sales NOT after service!!!

Even though I took longer to wait but the lady that served me was amazing she was very kind.

This is pathetic service. More than 2 hours just to activate online banking. Typing this out while still waiting. Most rubbish bank branch.

Service here is painfully slow, not sure if exactly how their ticket system works.

There's not enough consultants at the branch to assist customers. The delay is 1hr to get assisted. Nelilwe is very helpfull and u soon forget the long wait.

It is the worst in my experience you have to wait more thana an hour just to open an account.. Same goes for any ather queries it is the worst you could ever imagine

The ATM took my money now as i was trying to make a deposit...the other Atm was not working,i guess I should have known this one might have also been affected. How can i get my money back as the branch is already closed?9Im okay

Wait times are way to long. Consultants try their best but the branch is understaffed. It’s no longer about COVID FNB. Stop being cheap
