One of the employees fraudulently changed my easy payu account to an aspire account without my permission while I was just there to open a business account. I had to change back my account settings over the phone after I saw my monthly charges increasing.

Most unhelpful branch there is! So slow, the employees is so rude and they walk around here like they dont want to be here. Nobody wants to be at work but you chose the career deal with it! Terrible place!

Re-Fica????? After 35 years at FNB they block my account until I Fica again at the bank. What the heck?!

You get there for "other services" and you get helped last. Even though you are ticket number 20 you will be helped after ticket number 50 just because you there for "other services".Some of us who are in the medical field don't have time on our hands to sit in long qeues and then you get called last even though you arrived before others. Not very helpful. Had to go in to the bank twice and was handed a phone to arrange my own debit order.after it was not done right the first time. Also wanted to look at my account and information but no one was realy willing to assist. This is why I left for Capitec a few years ago.

This is the second time I had to go to an fnb branch to report someone deceased and claim the money in the bank account. Still today FNB doesn't want to pay out the money it can't take 4 months to pay out. Where is the money? Why can't you just deliver the service efficiently.

My FNB bank. Personally never had a bad experience. Just recently had the best assistance from Andrè at reception with an online query. Service was always friendly and high standard. Only complaint would be the recent lack of cashiers.I believe there might be a good reason for this

This is the worst bank. They keep on charging me R6 plus an additional R155 for a debit order that goes of every week I am trying to close this account.

We have been waiting in queue for an hour... after the ticket said only 12 minutes queue. No help at all!!! People are just standing around and no one assisted when asking why it is taking so long.

Very slow service, they don’t live up to their writings on the tickets of saying we serve people in five minutes, Capitec is a much faster service bank, spent almost 2 hours in the bank
