I will never ever recommend anyone to study at Rosebank. Poor academic administration. I have to leave my job and go physically to make follow ups coz they don't even respond to emails. The college keeps on sending wrong transcript, promise to fix and resend the same wrong academic record. Thanks for your poor service, there is more I can say since 2019 but let me save my time.
Worst college ever. Employees have little to no customer skills at all. How can the whole client service department go on a break? Stay away!!
It's a academic institution for students fresh from high school to enroll their higher education Studies.
Overall as a school it's nice, but as a student that goes there, I know their services are really really horrible from the admin to finance. Really rude people.
Rosebank College is just the worst ! Their Service is really Bad. Getting help from them is a struggle, they’re so unorganised and unreliable. I’ve been trying to get my results for only two module for 4 months, they’re phones are not going through, they don’t respond to my emails, when they change their systems they do update us! I went to the campus twice a guy called Chosen promised to help me and he didn’t.
5 stars for the school as a whole Two student advisers were super mean to me, both at the same time I even asked one to tell me Her name because I wanted to go and speak to management about her, she literally made me feel stupid for not knowing some stuff... Isn't it her job to assist when I have questions? That was just very hard for me.. I came back after a while and another male student advicer helped me he was verrrryy kind n if it wasn't for him I would not even consider studying there anymore. Because of him I will still Study there...
Rosebank is the worst college I’ve come across, the telephone service is so bad. Since March I and few other students have not had access to student portal and the service on campus is absolutely poor. Lecturers don’t even come to their classes if you’re thinking about studying IT or software development stay away from Rosebank CBD. Mega campus se foot
Rosebank College is a nice fun college. Their main key is ensuring that everyone gets a dignified qualification, they focus mostly on giving students the best studying experience.
No assistance to admin or whatsoever... got at RC central at 8 and now its 2 oclock Well thats ohk but for a person to tell me that they are tired in the clients service centre is highly absurd... you cannot dismiss poor performance or printing skills because you're tired... rc sunnyside was way better shem
I personally I'm not so thrilled about rosebank college's telephone service. I wanted to enquire about my account and I was being transferred to the relevant people, but when I was transferred they keep hanging up calls
