Very good prices and range. Much cheaper than chains.

Great shop lots of worth it goods....but the workers/staff are very rude and arrogant they have no respect just be prepared to be disrespected when visiting this shop

I liked the service and the quality of foods they sell..

There used to be an outlet in Kempton Park that has since closed. And I just loved the range of natural beans/lentils, nuts etc. I certainly would visit a Food 4Life even if that meant going all the to Jo'burg!

Good place to shop and all the managers and staff are  grateful, friendly and helpful

My concern is that such huge wholesaler only handles cash, I pay tax and become very disturbed by such operations in our country. Is there any reason why they don't accept banking cards?

The price is very good and the quality is

Has a wide variety of food stuffs.  Very busy most of the day.

The owner is very rude, he swore and screamed  at an employee in front of customers
