Cuppachinos

Enjoyable time here. It was a farewell brunch with my parents. The music was quite loud when we arrived it was 11am and we were the only ones sitting outside so we asked them to turn it down, which they did. The food was tasty, but took quite a while to come. I feel there's good potential, they just need a bit of fine tuning to get it just right, just on the customer service and experience side.

Very nice. Really enjoyed the pizza. My son loved the play area. First time in a long time that I had managers come and ask if everything was still okay. Very pleasant. I had a side order of chips that I thought was maybe reheated old chips otherwise still a 5 stars for me.

One of my favorite restaurants at the Mall, the food is always define and delicious. The waiters are always friendly and full of life. The service is top notch

Yesterday I took my Australian family for breakfast they ordered spinach and feta eggs Benedict steak egg and chips and breakfast the food was amazing the eggs Benedict was delicious the steak was cooked perfectly!! My cousin was very impressed!!! Even the breakfast was amazing thank you so much!!!! Food: 5/5

Lack of service is lacking Waited at the door for a waiter that never arrived. Sat down and waited again for service as 3 waters passed us. After asking for assistance we still had to wat another 20 min for a simple ice coffee. It's remarkable that they are still open as the dissapiontment in service is ridiculous. Will not be dining here again

Loadshedding should not be an excuse for terrible service. Cappuccino's was the only restaurant without a waiting time - it should have been the first sign. Our waiter was slow and had a no care attitude. We were two adults and a child and our food was served separately in 15 minute intervals. Note, they weren't as busy as the other restaurants who also suffered from loadshedding. It was only after attracting the attention of the manager that the last dish was presented. Apparently this meal, a burger, had to be kept warm in the pizza oven? The first meal was a pizza and the middle one a salad. Guests at a table next to ours left after finishing their meal. A while later, new guests had to clear the table themselves before the manager noticed it and helped. The food was very nice and that is why they get a two star from me. The manager was apologetic and very friendly.

Not wow nor ugh... second time my order does get checked by the waiter bwfore bringing it wrong to me. Training or discipline, maybe just a job? Menu is good, an allrounder with nothing that standsout to make come back for a signature dish.

The breakfast was just food scattered on the plate. No effort none whatsoever on presentation. Was not happy bwt hot drinks not being served during loadshedding.Food: 3/5

Poor quality food, fish looked boiled up and tasteless, pizza seemed like it was frozen, chicken meal looked like it was made at home with some chips thrown onto a plate. Will never support them again. Worst restaurant in the mall by far.
