My wife brought home the 3 pizza special for R294. And is most probably the pizzas with the least amount of toppings I have seen from any pizza franchise. Really disappointing to get this from such a well established brand!! We went for a redemption meal as invited by the manager, and was very well received and treated and were not charged for the pizzas ordered. To our utter disappointment only 1 out of the 3 pizzas served was as you would expect. It is quite clear that the topping portion sizes needs to reviewed by HQ, as we were told that the toppings are prepared according to prescription from HQ While having our substandard pizzas another customer came to the store complaining about the exact same issue.

Vegan pizza!! Substitute mince, chicken and cheese for plant based alternatives. Guilt free eating. Service was excellent, thank you T.K and Sebo. Panarottis also paired up with Mr Delivery, making Vegan take aways more accessable on the East Rand. Well done to Panarottis for being one of the first francishes to acknowledge the growing demand for plant based alternatives.

great pizza and pasta

Very poor restaurant experience. I wont recommend this place at all. Yoo loud music and the waiters cant even take our orders properly its so loud. When confronting the short lady manager she simply said that its the waiters theme songs and continue to play overly loud music. Really on a sunday where we sit and repeat ourselves as we cannot hear each other on the table. Its poor and terrible. Not for family. Missing the whole point of family restaurant.

Order not ready on time, staff shouting instructions while patrons dining, manager promised feedback, none forthcoming. Food good though.

Tshepo the manager is amazing! Excellent service is an understatement! He went the extra mile to serve us what we ordered. Excellent management! Thank you for making our experience a good one!

The service we received from them was incredible. The manager Tshepo made our dining experience wonderful.

Should have 10 stars. Aletta the waitress treated us like kings and queens. Keep up the good work. I can recommend the Chicken livers. I will sell my front teeth for that dish.

Always get the best service here. Keep up the good work waiters and waitresses. As for the chefs, I am speechless. They make me want to have seconds, but I'm too full.
