Friendly passionate staff great service etiquette. Good breakfast and a great chicken curry. Pizza base somewhat hard . Clean comfortable rooms. Have been twice in 3 weeks and will definitely be back when I am in the area.

Rooms very clean,but smelly a bit don't know why. The chef is amazing,presentation and the taste of the food ,very nice. Staff very friendly and the service is 100.

Stayed 2 days here, all staff are very friendly, room pleasant, not keen on cremora rather long life milk. The food at the restaurant was top notch the three of us all enjoyed all the food we had the Chef Thabo came to see us very nice chef. The breakfast was a la carte took quite a while to get it but arrived very hot and tasty, overall we enjoyed are stay here and if visiting the lowveld will return
This hotel has so much potential! We loved the comfy pillows and bed, the breakfast packs for early mornings and the buffet breakfast was brilliant! The channels were great too! The room was cute, comfortable and convenient. However certain things could improve such as no WIFI in the rooms, smelly towels and really bad stains on the carpets. There were people picnicking on the lawn when we arrived, we weren't sure if they were staying or visitors which was quite off-putting and odd..... Whilst eating breakfast some guests thought it was appropriate to come in with no shirt on? Just some order would have made this experience so much better! I really enjoyed this little hotel however if these things don't change it may just be a convenient stop along your journey as a pose to a final destination...
The street and town don't do it justice. From outside you would this naaaah but once you walk into the reception area you can see that it's very clean, newly revamped and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Across the reception is the relaxing pool area and restaurant were one can have pool side sunset drinks or their delicious buffet breakfast in the morning. The bar men and waiters were also super friendly. The experience here with wortg more than 5 star. My sister and I really enjoyed this stop over on the long weekend roadtrip.
Simple, clean + tidy. Friendly, competent staff. Nice location and pleasant facilities and groundsRooms: 5/5
