Forge Homes has an amazing team that personifies excellence. They are the best and do their best to ensure mutual client satisfaction. I have been renting with them for 3 years and they have made me feel at home, a priority and always found a way to win. Forge Homes has a remarkable company culture worth experiencing and transacting with. They go the extra mile and listen to your concerns and respond timeously. Super impressed with the whole team across the board.

Where do I even start? Shocking experience from this agency. I signed a lease, paid full month rent, deposit & mngnt fee in order to move into my new apartment beginning of the new month. Only to receive an email from the agent the morning of the move that she still didn’t have the key. There was some legal document issue & the key had not been released by the conveyancers. So many questions as to why the apartment was even on the market. I lost so much time, money & my mental health was affected by this ordeal & they still tried to withhold the admin and contract fee despite their negligent service. It’s such a shame that companies are allowed to get away with such in our country!

I would just like to say that I have been looking for an apartment for the past 2 months and once I found a place on property 24 and I messaged Thuto about the place, she was so helpful and welcoming.  I would really like to commend Thuto on her GREAT customer service, and all the great work she does.

Sold our house for asking price in difficult market conditions when other agents tried to lower the price and said it wasn't possible. Great knowledge of the Sandton and Bryanston area.
