This used to be a good place but lately the standards have dropped no wonder most apartments are always empty because the service is bull**,especially CORONIA GARDENS,with the new clueless caretaker Nelson,I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay there,been staying there for years but its time to go elsewhere where there is value for your money
The management doesn't care and they don't consider your request.

I got a very good help from the staff there, they are very kind and lovely especially Phathutshedzo and the building manager of Graceland flat Clement he went an extra mile to help us, all I can say to Jozi housing Phathutshedzo & Clement are good assets in your company and thank you so much for your assistance your service was great, quick and efficient.
Lovely place to stay, reasonable rent and now free wifi available for tenants. Could be annoying at prime time and in the morning when elevators are crowded and you have to walk all the way up or down through the stairs.
Building manager at The Sands is a cheat and a lier. The staff at the head office especially Maluse is terrible when handling complaints, i wouldn't recommend staying at any one of their buildings..
I stay here. Security at maximum. But one of the most expensive places to live at in Berea. Decent and clean.

Coronia Gardens, owned by Jozi Housing, is currently the most noisiest & lawless place to stay in Berea.
