From accessibility in the CBD, the approach to the building, to the friendly engagement of the security/reception desk, one forms a very reassuring impression. This only being surpassed by the knowledgeable, professional, patient and compassionate engagement of each team member in solving, supporting, advising and guiding throughout the very efficient and comprehensive services provided by the Housing Tribunal process. I recommend this public FREE service to any and all Tenants, Landlords, Property Owners, Property Managers whom might be experiencing challenges. Prior to following the conventional legal route, which may come with daunting financial obligations, I strongly recommend the Housing Tribunal first. Congratulations to each and every team member of the Housing Tribunal departments.
1. They don't have telephone line one can call. 2. The only help they offered me was to give me a form to fill and only return next year2023, despite having demonstrated to them the urgency of my matter.
Security not very friendly at the main entrance. The business hours is correct, but the security that is on the 4th floor where RHT is on, stated that it is still early 08:30 and no one is available to assist. They should then state doors open at 08:00 and business starts at maybe at 09:00.
the contact number provided on google is not going through, what must we do now when we have queries and unable to make it to the offices, so what's the use of emails?
Been dealing with them since Dec, 5 cases later. Still not resolved. Missing information from my file. Stuff not added I sent through for the file. No-one bothers to respond to my emails not 1 out-of 8 people. They ask me for my reference number, provide them with 2 which they gave me, and still no one knows what is going on. Very slack, don't waste your time going to the tribunal. The side with the Landlord anyway even though they are in the wrong. Pathetic service. Incompetent beyond belief. ManagerS do nothing when emailed either. What an absolute Joke & embarrassment.
Visited office on Monday. Long que with no sanitation nor social distancing. Guards were very friendly and tried to be helpful. There was only ONE consultant working on Monday! Its unacceptable for a government department to operate in these times without safety protocol in place.
They not help with tenants human and constitutional rights for water and electricity.complete lack on judgement. These people do not uphold the law. A lease agreement means nothing to them. Bureaucrats.Turning true documents evidences meaning upside down and against you. Absolutely useless unfair unlawful decisions against constitutional human rights. THE RATING SHOULD BE MINUS 100, not + 1 as here.
I've never seen the inside of their office and their excuse is "Corvid-19 restrictions" so how do you explain un answered emails that are 2 months old for a team that is supposedly working remotely?
I visited the office on Monday. There was a que waiting to be helped by ONE consultant. No sanitization nor social distancing protocol.Unacceptable, especially for a government office! The guards are friendly though.
It helps you to get a fair result.i did notice that between big rental companies they have a friendship bond that will not always make it 100 % a fair result in your favor .The last time I got a felling like we can not blame covid or that there was much empathy due to delayed income or work loss etc .
