If you know what’s good for you, look for a safe housing with people who respect human rights . They locked me out of my apartment because I disputed maintenance charges on my previous unit. I am sleeping at a friends apartment with my wife and kid because their holding me at ransom for them to unlock my unit .I must agree to things I don’t know. I can’t go to work and my son has no formula milk because they locked my unit .
I moved out of Douglas Village on the 28 November 2022. Until this day I have not received my deposit money back. It's the 19 of January and I haven't received my deposit which was supposed to be already in December. I keep being told on Wednesday, then nothing is paid into my account. Then another promise next week Wednesday. I WANT MY MONEY!! JHC is starting to seem like a scam that refuses to pay people's deposit. I want my money in the same way it was given to you in PEACE. Why do I have to run after you for my money? THE WORST HOUSING COMPANY!!!
I stay in Umndeni garden they off electricity 4 day now because of someone was staying in Car gardens was own rent. Help me now social workers want to take my daughter because of I don't have place to stay JhC close my flat because someone in car garden house 50 please help me to get justice please

I moved in this mth the staff and the caretaker welcomed me with warm hands hopefully it will be like that as long as am going to stay there thank you kabelo
No hot water for the whole month, it's so difficult for them to service their gyser while rent is demanded, have to wake up at 4 and boil water like am staying emkhukhwini, they are better cause I mikhukhu is free, even if they can boil water, paying rentfor some services not all I guess
Very disrespectful and rude staff and the office, their Caretaker is worst at Carr street, no humanity at all. DO NOT RENT A FLAT AT JHC, I REPEAT DON'T! They are snakes
Poor customer service and the caretakers of both Carr and Umndeni gardens are not friendly they don't know how to do their job
Cresthill Mansions we have a problem with lifts are not working and everyweekend we dont have electricity and they dont bother to tell us the problem they dont care but we are paying
