Fruit and Veg City

I love shopping at Foodlovers Sunninghill often,however on Wednesday i purchased 6 avocados in a pack,yesterday i cut 1 and it was rotten,so i decieded to cut all and they were all rotten,it is very sad to see that Foodlovers can keep spoiled food on their shelves.

The storefront no longer looks like a fresh fruit and veg shop. The produce just doesn't match up go previous years. Lost standards will can be felt through the store. Please bring back that world class management those branch once had.

I am so angry. Today I did some shopping and I purchased "prepackaged fresh hake" which is not exactly cheap. Usually the fish is amazing. Today the fish took very long to prepare. The texture of the fish was funny and it did not have any taste. This fish was not fresh at all. There is a possibility it could have been frozen I am not sure but it most definitely was not fresh. I was really looking forward to the fish.

good day Disappointing Experience at Chilli on Top Shopping Centre Due to Contractor Inconvenience I recently visited Chilli on Top Shopping Centre and was left thoroughly disappointed by the lack of consideration shown by the contractors working there. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that customer satisfaction and safety was not a priority for them. Upon trying to enter the shopping center, I found the entrance blocked by contractors and their equipment, making it difficult to navigate. Despite attempting to communicate with them about the inconvenience they were causing, they seemed disinterested and unwilling to accommodate my concerns. This lack of care and consideration for customers is unacceptable. As a regular customer, I expect to be able to access the shopping centre without obstacles or hindrances. The contractors' disregard for customer needs reflects poorly on the overall experience at Chilli on Top Shopping Centre. In conclusion, my visit to Chilli on Top Shopping Centre was marred by the inconvenience caused by inconsiderate contractors. I hope that management addresses this issue promptly to ensure that future visitors do not encounter similar frustrations. I feel sorry for the shops in the center losing customers due to this poor service and inconvenience and hope they don't get affected by this. I really don't think I'll be going there again.am mom that needs to be in and out in places and believe me there are another mom that has the same feeling then myne.Unless it clears up soon,very soon if not u just lost a consumer. Not a bad store overall. Clean, friendly staff throughout. I would give the 5th start if the same comments could be shared about the butchery side of the shop

Very unimpressed with the large Greek salad I bought there that was on promo. It was already rotten and I threw most of it away. It was 90% lettuce very little other stuff. The large potato salad also on promo that I bought at the same time was 100%. Never again will I buy Greek salad there.

First time...and the last time nothing up to standard. No promotions on promotion day. Went twice on the same day while promotion was apparently running...and Nothing...went early morning and there after in the afternoon. Arranged with staff memeber who arranged with manager that as soon as the promotional items come in they will keep some out for me to collect. Nothing ... I spoke to the manager who told me that as soon as the items come in he will set aside items requested and phone me...Nothing. I'll never go back there again

This store used to be so great. I've had to throw away 2 packs of chicken this week, that I bought last weekend. The packs of tomatoes went mildew within 2 days. The eggs are not fresh. Lemons are dry. Not a big enough selection in the veggie division. But then we did have a heatwave last week.

This particular Food Lovers Market happens to be the closest one to my location. I love their excellent meal options; their kitchen is top-notch. Although I'd like to see even more variety, they are certainly among the best in that regard. Tight quality controls are required in the fruits, vegetables, and fresh meat sections.

Just bought vegs and fruits from this store and found both cucumber and mango rotten. Why do you sell such rotten foods at your store? Please note that no humans eat rotten food! Followup: Following sending the contact number yesterday as asked no further communication from the store. Was that the only response I should expect?
