Rude staff members who discriminate others due to their age

We came to the Menlyn store in the hope of finding a better variety of sizes than in Sandton and we did! Yay! The staff were very helpful and willing to fetch and carry heaps of pants to try on. In the end we left with more than a couple of jeans and there's very satisfied customers. Will return for sure! Well worth the drive.

Poor Service delivery I placed an order on the gstar website on the 20th of September 2019 all the items were available and the time of check out and payment.My order qualified for free FedEx delivery which is stated on their website as 3-5workin days.Ive been online constantly since then checking the progress of the order,only this morning did I receive my invoice and communication that part of my order has been shipped.One item was canceled when but on their website it's still available for purchase and it has been since I placed my order.They have been having my money for the order all this while and after all this time they tell me the item is cancelled but it's still reflecting on their website since.This is unacceptable I'm so dissapointed in their service never mind the fact that I'm still waiting for my parcel when on their website they give false promise of 3 to 5 working days delivery

The service was great and the stuff are very polite and they explain the brand perfectly
