Menlyn Midas

Wasn't my first time visiting this Midas and for sure not my last. The staff was courteous, helpful and efficient. They had the products I needed and their prices were very reasonable vs another Midas store close by. The store is massive and they offer many products and services. The layout is good and easy to find what you are looking for. Staff could be a little friendlier. Wheelchair friendly but with limitations. Ample free and open parking available. Please take note to still protect your car in this area. Check in store or online for more information and specials. Highly recommend visiting them next time you are in need of car, home and some specialty products.

Will be 3rd time I’m returning for the correct headlights now. Seems like a hit or miss since I have had positiv experiences in the past.

Always assist when in an emergency! Or in need of things for the car. Leather steering wheel covers, etc.

2nd Time I been to this shop , It was not busy but no one offered to help not even a hello. Please put a sign up : Dear Customers please don't interrupt the staff during personal conversations or while they check their phones. We will be with you when we feel like it. Please send your staff to Goldwagen for Training. I wont be back thank you.

Extremely helpful. Purchased vehicle wipers. The sales guy fitted them and replaced them in record time. 5-10min on my way with NEW fresh rubbered wipers. Affordable too, thank heavens.

How long does it takes for the sales to get permission from what he called “buyer” to back order the Oil that I need? I have waited for almost 5 days… still no feedback. 17 Sept - After 5 days call, had to call in to follow up - still waiting for the buyer as there is no ETA. So I guess this is the service brought by your team member. No follow up with customer.

Shocking service, phoned, asked for Ben, waited 5 minutes whilst I could hear people in the background speaking, phoned again, was put on hold for 5m37 and then cut off. Waiting for two weeks now for a replacement battery for my backup power.

Pathetic service. After reading the other reviews it's not just a bad day. Bought a battery in December 2021. It failed on Tuesday 19 March. Bring it in under the warranty but I was told that it must be charged first over night which I could have done my self btw. Was told I will be called the following day by Ben first thing... Well 11 am I decided to follow up. hold for 15 minutes to be told battery is fine. Collected it installed it and two days later while fetching kids I get stuck again. Unprofessional service even after its now the second time I have to unplug the battery because they obviously don't want to honour the warranty in the first place they proceed to tell me my car is the problem. Well after All the time wasting I'm now waiting for a replacement because they don't have stock. just cherry on top...

Terrible service and the sales guys are pathetic to be honest. I enquired regarding wheel bearings for my vehicle on Sunday 2 Jan and was given a price and that there is stock. Arrive yesterday to buy only to be told that they have to order there's no stock. Once again I confirmed the price for a set and was given the same price. After having to call and check up twice today I arrive and then to be told that the price I was given is for a single bearing only....so I won't be supporting again. Rather go somewhere else,which is what you did at a much better price and service from the salesman
