After asking for help, I got told that a certain item should be here and waited and waited for help. Nevertheless I left it, because I couldn't find it. Got to the tills. Only one till and kiosk open at 17h, then another opens but with an absolute stinking attitude. The teller's name is Mars. She was doing everything as slow as she possibly can. I started helping her pack my bags and I told he it would save time if she actually packs the bags while scanning it. She said she can not. I then said you clearly can as Woolworths do it all the time. Then she said to me very arrogantly that THIS IS NOT WOOLWORTHS! He manager was shocked and did apologize after Mars acted like she was so friendly and polite and continued speaking in Sotho. " Ke kopa" ... I would also please like... really shocking. She clearly doesn't want to work, let her go.
the service is horible no cashiers and the cashier that is there only takes card it took me 45 min to biy a simple pack of nails there was 20 plus ppl wotking there looking at us only 1 cashier
For a Game Store, I was pleasantly surprised with my experience. The staff that I dealt with in the various departments were knowledgeable and helpful. A gentleman called Star in the larger appliances dept. helped me with choosing a washing machine and he really was a Star with his great service. My washing machine was delivered within half an hour as promised before I even got back home.
Worst service in the world! Been waiting 6weeks for a refund. Game has promised to call me back several times. Not once have they called me back. I have personally called them at least 3times/week but still nothing! I will never again purchase anything from this franchise. Their service is appalling!!!
Went to fetch my pots today Collin was nice but the security at the door so so rude she doesn't know how to talk to ppl...she deserve to work elsewhere not with customers
Pathetic service. Staff are all on holiday at this store. No wonder the stores are closing. No stock, no idea when they will receive stock. They cant even have the savvy to take dowm details to let you know when you can come purchase what you needed. O and dont even try to phone them, the staff does not know how to even answer the phone
Might as well close this shop down, service is pathetic and the security at the door need some attention about customer service, don’t enjoy being harassed about how I fold my till slips. Only 2 tellers open on a Saturday morning
Bought stuff there when I returned the product 1 month later because it was broken thay told me no thay will send it for repairs and then thay will let me know what is going on . Been 3 weeks later and no answer from them. Evry time I go there this one lady comes up with an excuse for this and that and this guy is not available, then it's no he is coming next week week later no he is at makro but don't know when he will be in the store . Then other excuse. Promised me that thay will call me when he is in store or when thay got hold of him but nothing till now ..... Friday is 21 days so I want my answer game ........................
After more than a week I still don't have a quote, the online support is just as bad. Various emails has been send. The store manager do not have the replied to my emails. I experience the same with the online service as well. The web email, did not give me any feedback.
What a disgrace, bought a Ryobi edgecutter yesterday, the part with the gut came loose. Change it for a Trimrite today to find the cover and handle not in box that was sealed. Eish!!!!
