Worst experience got take out for dinner ordered 2x Quadruple stacker XL combos got home to find that there are no lettuce no tomatoes no nothing except for a bun with only 4 beef patties with a little cheese sauce in-between each patty and for the price we paid this is unexceptable, will never go to Burger King Vanderbijlpark again this is not what we expected from them at all!!
The bathrooms are super dirty. The floors are soaking wet, no toilet paper. Also, no ice cream, the floor inside is dirty, most tables still have the trash from previous customers, and the tables that don't have rubbish, are sticky or oily. We spent 30 minutes inside, and not one single table was cleaned.Food: 4/5
Their service is terrible and if you're going to use ubereats just know you may not recieve all your orders , the food may be terrible and oh they are going yo ignore anything you ask of them . Condiments ? Forget about them , the burgers ? Dry . Worst burger king restuarant I've ever come across honestly . If you're going to order good luck because I've orderd twice and still received the same bs . People learn to read reviews you might get value for your money somewhere honestly
This Burger King is a specialist in false advertising. The prices on the menu in the drive thru and the price you pay at the window is not the same. False advertising is false advertising, it does not matter how small the price difference is. I refused to pay the price I was told at the window and had to ask to call the manager. The manager was rude and did not even ask me what the problem was. The manager on duty tonight said there is nothing she can do and they have to wait for marketing to come and changes the prices on the menu in the drive thru. Now Mr. Franchise owner, please explain this or are you inflating the prescribed prices by yourself???
The staff member that took my order, was pre-occupied, chatting to his colleague's and got my order totally wrong. I ordered 2 proper burgers meals but when I collected my order, got 2 patheric small burgers, 1 small fries, 1 medium fries and cold drinks I never ordered, despite paying full priced for proper meals. My advice, rather order from Burger King in Sasolburg or Vereeniging! The manageress, howerer, notices my dissatisfaction and attempted to resolve the issue. I still did not get rhe meals I wanted and left totally disgusted with the appalling service!
Hi If I could score lower than on star I would. 1 . CHIPS were luke warm horrid.2. Burger Patties were hardly even luke warm . 3. Pespi was warm no ice and tasted watered down. Would take it back but I was driving. Burger King in the Riverside . Save you money .Food: 1/5
Used the drive through. Ordered a cheese burger and chips, onion rings and nuggets. The hamburger small thin bun, thin tasty meat Patti, terrible Melrose cheese slice and no tomato,onion or mayo. Very bland and little to be liked about this meal.Food: 2/5
Drive through took an hour. I literally started timing the cars, and it would take approximately 5 minutes for our cars to move once. It wast fast food, I could have used that time to cook I swear
Service was good nd quick. Food is delicious nd the place very neat.Food: 5/5
Check your change, they don’t give you the correct change. They short change you. The staff also disappear so they don’t have to deal with you once you have paid.
