You stand outside an hour or more yet inside they say 15 minutes. Not even busy at all.
Absolutely horrible service. The staff are unhelpful and have absolutely no urgency. I honestly will do my very best to never purchase from this group.
Never have I had such a horrible experience with collecting an item. Almost 1 hour and that was because I was complaining. Wasn't even busy, just poorly managed.
