Garden Court Marine Parade

I attended a work conference hosted by Garden Court Marine Parade in March 2024. It was fantastic. Service was amazing and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Any issues we had were quickly attended to and resolved so things ran smoothly. Food was delicious and we had refreshments readily available. Thank you to all the staff involved who made our short visit pleasing and Memorable.

Beautiful and spacious rooms. Top tier service Security is tight WiFi is a bit slow at times but bearable. The food is great. I always enjoy the sea view and a beautiful sunrise and sunset Rooms: 5/5

Thank you Garden Court Marine Parade for your warm welcome. I don't have any complains but compliments. From your amazing clean sea view rooms, we can never ask for more. The food was very fresh, and not forgetting your lovely staff. The place is so organized, we went with kids and they really enjoyed themselves so much. The visibility of your security personnel around the hotel made us feel very safe also and they were always very helpful. Keep up the excellent work!!!

Great clean rooms with great view at the beach and pier. Great verity breakfast buffet and great service. Unfortunately our fridge did not work in the room. Walking distance to Ushaka! Rooms: Klean and neat room with awesome soft bed.

This beautiful hotel is situated by the sea shore overlooking the beaty of the waves and horizon with all your hangout spots at walking distance from the hotel. It also is secured with guarded access to the beautiful cosy rooms with comfortable beds. The staff is very professional. I must say the parking bays are a little tight nit. However, overall experience was amazing. If you are ever looking for great quality experience do book your stay here. Trust me. Rooms: The rooms are amazing and cozy with the best views from your room. Walkability: Close to the best hangout such as: Close to the sea, close to restaurants. You don't have to spend any more money on travels and experience than you want to.

The hotel is at the beachfront. Great seaviews from the room. The room was clean. Breakfast tasty. There were towels at the entrance for when one was coming from the beach . The reception also has towels for going to the beach, which is convenient. The lift was, however, another story as sometimes the key wouldn't work as best. The carpet wasn't clean, but at least they had something to kill the smell. There's a pool which was great.

I was warmly welcomed at Garden Court Marine Parade on the 17th of March. I did not have a booking and the hotel was fully booked. Thanks to Fezile's patience and peoples skills, she went out of her way and managed to organise a family room for me and my kids. Thanks to the rest of the team who were always helpful and ever smiling. The rooms are gorgeous and sea facing and very spacious . Housekeeping were also quick to assist. Breakfast was delicious with many choices. The breakfast staff were equally friendly and helpful. This was my second stay at the hotel. Will definitely be coming back. Nearby activities: Hotel is opposite the beach and not too fat from Moses Mabhida stadium and a few blocks from Ushaka Marine world as well as takeaway food outlets.

My experience at the hotel was okay not good. The house keeping people cleaned our room late we had to leave our room so they can clean. When I arrived the duvet had a mark on it had to request for it to be changed. The breakfast was the same since we arrived and left didn't change anything. We had to be moved into other room because when we open the window the door would make noise we had to use a towel so the door does not make noise. Room keys were not working it was a problem.

The room was very nice and spacious with all that was required, however the carpet gave off a musty smell that worsened when the window was closed. I would suggest carpets changed to tiles like City Lodge/ Road Lodge has done.Rooms: 4/5

The rooms are neat and clean, but the carpets are old and crusty. The decor is outdated and lacklustre. Really needs and update.Rooms: 2/5
