Gaterite

I visited the supermarket today, it was not a good experience, there were more blockages on isles, a person has to be very patient and careful shopping here, you could get injured. No safe control of stacking stock, I'm sure this store loses a lot of stock from damages by over stocking the floor. The shareholders are most probably amatures in this business. See photos of the soda drinks stacked, waiting to topple onto an faithfull shopper. This place has a lot of room for improvement.

Great prices, I recommend shopping off peak if you don't have the patience to deal with troves of people. The store was recently revamped and the staff are always helpful and friendly. Parking is abit of a challenge but all in all its worth the trip.

The stocking of goods in empty shelves should take place on Sundays when the shop is closed to the public so that when they are opened throughout the week the staff don't have to cause the stampede and chaos with their huge trolleys and step ladders while we are trying to move through...and also the people who are shopping they are sometimes annoying because a person can meet his or her friend who they haven't seen in a while and they will start chatting while blocking the pathway with trolleys and it is really annoying.

It's really huge inside and hence has a lot of stuff at reasonable prices, alot of people where doing their stokvel shopping and the place was packed! But it's really disappointing that there's no proper parking place or I just didn't see one. Which makes it very inconvenient to go and shop there

Too bad for shopping! Really really bad. Goods are reasonably priced, but there's no parking.

Friendly staff. A lot of staff but a lot of shoppers. Went to collect hampers but bought private goods aswell. Good prices

Gaterite is the best place to shop. We need more parking bays

Very disorganized. Very limited parking. Cashiers have no urgency. Butchery had good service.
