Been filling here for a while. It does get busy at and around this garage. So I do sympathise with customers who wait a while for service but in fairness it probably very busy. They have implemented better systems over time so there is a dedicated personal to cleaning wind-screens. The 24 hour store is convenient but expensive. Like that they have an nedbank ATM. The areas is clean and lots available to be bought. The coffee shop is not halal unfortunately. The fuel is fairly good lasting.
People who shop their please be warned you will be robbed their and then the staff and security will look while the guy leave and then they will say why you did not chase the guy who robbed you. This was a female. If you have an option us another garage you will be safer their
Absolutely pathetic customer service. They have 2 staff on duty and multiple pumps. I had to wait over 20 minutes to get served. It happens all the time not just once. The reason we fill at this garage is simply because of convenience but I personally do not recommend this garage. In an emergency you would have to wait for a long period of time to get served.
The price they advertise outside their forecourt on Diesel is not correct. I filled up R500 and the price as at 22/06/2023 is R20.74 per liter but they charged me R21.52 for 50ppm.
Convenient garage situated just before gateway mall...big garage with alot of petrol pumps Has a spar here as well Staff are helpful

Please be careful of several items not priced on the shelves. It seems as though it's a trick to make one purchase without seeing the price
24 hours convenience, yet closed for shift change at 11:35 .
They close the garage between from 11:30 till 12 am
I wouldn't go there, as staff always attend white people first, I had to get out of my car to fetch an attendant to help me only for him to give me attitude I ended up driving off without filling, I WOULD NEVER FILL AT ANY SHELL GARAGE
