I always take my car here for a service or to be fixed, but its not what it used to be. Last time I picked up my car they had called me to come and collect it, but I told them I would go there the next morning. When I got there the following day, my car still hadn't been road tested or even washed. I had to take it as is. As if that wasn't bad enough, I later found that the vehicle had been completely drained of coolant. I'm guessing they needed to as part of the repair, but then they should have replaced it afterwards. This could have been very dangerous had I not discovered it sooner.
They are good people but seem to be overwhelmed at times. Mostly service for all vehicles but branding Havalal next door. Parking is a nightmare in the Tollgate.

Service was excellent my car runs as new. Was my first time at this branch and I must say they are professional and they know their story.
Worst service ever, I regret taking my car to them. They are dishonest and when you tell them that you aren't happy or that there is a problem you picked up they just brush you off. The car was taken in to get tie rods and cv joints replaced but came back with some damage. I don't know what happened when they were hoisting the car up cause it's dented underneath on both sides. When we showed them that the guy just brushed it off and told me that they would have a look at it next time I bring it in. I don't understand why I have to wait for 'next time I bring in the car' instead of them attending the problem now and fixing my car.Service: General repairs & maintenance
Worst service ever, unprofessional, dishonest, lies. took my car the on the 25th of November 2021 now it's 13 January 2022 my car is still there, they don't even deserve this 1 star. I was really stupid trusting them with my car.
There was a part i wanted to order then i cancelled the order immediately after i paid R2000 and now i ive been asking them for refund for months nothing happens . And they confirmed the R2000 credit on my name now the problem is they do not refund me
I was first in line for car to be serviced and it took them the whole day, collected my car at 15:30. They said I must change my front disk breaks and pads. I got new ones 3 years ago and they are still fine. I got my car back dirtier than when it came in. There were drip stains of oil on the inside of my car door on the handles. Car wasn't vacuumed or wiped on the inside, the outside was barely washed. Obviously R3400 is not enough payment to get the car cleaned too. Very disappointed
