It's been over 6months since I gave back their vehicle because I realized what frauds they are after paying R364000 for a Corolla they have the audacity to ask for money for minor damages when my deposit is no where to be found. They are unprofessional and rude.This rent to buy is a lie. You will end up paying almost half a million and still not own the vehicle.
The guy at the service center, mohammed is very good with customer service... I brought my car for starter problems,he always kept me updated on the development of my case.. Good job
Where do i begin?.... my experience with Vrentals has always been good. I have come across a bunch of rude consultants but one day i came across Muhammad from the Service Department. What a breath of fresh air. I have never met a guy with such good manners, values and morals. I had a problem with my car, and trust me, he is still bending over backwards to assist me.I have never come across a guy like him from that company. I even told him that vrentals is popular for being rude. If they had guys like him, customers would flood into the company. I feel like he is not given enough credit. Thanks for everything Muhammad you are a star.
I would like to commend VRentals on their remarkable service. Mnotho from the sales department has been truly amazing from the first day we met up to now. Mohommed also from the service department has rendered outstanding services to me. VRentals has constant communication and updates with the upmost efficient processes. I have had nothing but outstanding service from start to current. We all know things aren't always perfect but the Vrentals team i have dealt with Phila from sales and Mohammed from their service department. Constant communication and updates with the upmost efficient processes. Highly recommended.

You do not want to deal with these guys, they are highly unprofessional and not at all in sync between "offices" no after service at all. I see a lot of apologies on the page from them believe me they don't mean it and they will speak to you the way they want. STAY AWAY!! Update: 18/07/2022 I once again dealt with V Rentals this time with mohamed mohamedevawda regarding a late payment, POP was sent but haven't cleared on their side, they had the audacity to accuse us of fraud and to top it all he started screaming at my wife. Believe me when I tell you these guys are rude, unprofessional and totally out of sync, left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. They replied claiming to not know me as a client, but they asked me to remove my comment more like a threat, of which I did, but thanks to Mohamed I felt compeled to let people know that these guys are not the ones you want to deal with. As I deal with them I will update this comment and make people aware of the kind of service they provide You are better of staying away, especially if you are a lady, they do not want business nor keep it so take your business elsewhere. Imagine screaming at a lady, a supposed client of theirs. STAY AWAY!!
