Simply The Best Car Rental Company. After searching various car rental companies, settling on Xtreme was simple. Most of the major rental companies’ prices were ridiculously expensive, and the reviews was not great. Managed to get a quote from Xtreme and process was hassle-free They dropped off the vehicle at Cape Town Airport and collected it from there. They were on time and efficient. The car was great and spotless. The communication was polite, respectful and regular. Thank you for your service it was also my first-time renting from Xtreme and definitely will not be the last time. The gentleman who dropped off the vehicle was extremely polite and patient, to the point of wanting to assist with my luggage. Job well done, keep it up
After reading all the positive reviews for Xtreme Car Rental, I recommended your services to friends visiting from the UK. Unfortunately, our experience has been anything but 5-star. 1. The first time they tried to hire a car, they were requested to come through to the office with all the documentation. We made the trip all the way to the offices only to be told when we got there that there were no cars available. 2. The second time they tried to hire a car which was a week later, they asked over the phone if there were any cars available and they were told that they had to come in with all the necessary documentation to do the booking, after making the trip all the way there, they were informed that there were no cars available for hire. Could this not be told to them over the phone so that they did not have to waste a trip to the office?!?! This has been a really disappointing experience.

Excellent service! The handoff was simple and thorough. Our clerk made sure that we inspected the car together and understood everything in the contract before handing over the keys. Their communication prior to renting was clear and prompt. Thank you Xtreme!
Xtremely Great Service First time using Xtreme Car Rental . Received great service from the time of enquiry thru to booking stage and receiving the vehicle. Vehicle was clean and virtually brand new condition. Xtreme Car Rental were efficient and delivered great customer service at all times. Will definitely be using you guys going forward . If I could give the company more stars I honestly would. The customer service makes you want to go with them if you are undecided because they are so great. Jacques was really great in facilitating our car rental needs and always keeping in touch with us to ensure we're having the best experience. I definitely recommend the company and will use them for my future car rental needs.
I have used Xtreme Car Rental on numerous occasions in Johannesburg and Capetown and the service that I received was impeccable. The staff are so professional, friendly and always on time. I have also liased with the durban office for my bookings and the staff was ever willing to help me with any assistance that I needed. Xtreme Car Rental is very reliable and the best car rental company that I have used thus far. Keep up the good work!!!
I am very happy with the service received from Xreme Car Rental in Durban, the car was exactly as promised, in excellent condition. The people I dealt with from the consultant to the guy who delivered and picked up the car were very professional. I received my deposit on time and the fact that they don't require a credit card is a cherry on top. I will be using their services again.
Excellent service and assistance. Definitely the best car rental agency I've dealt with. Excellent staff, cars are cleaned and in perfect condition, would recommend Xtreme above all others and if it was possible to rate higher than 5 stars, I definitely would!
Xtreme Car Rental is always giving my business the best service in terms of renting vehicles when in need.
