Intercape Bus Terminals, Durban Station

My experience with this company recently is extremely poor. I have been a vocal customer and call them out for the poor service they offer. Their customers service sucks. The staff needs training and the company changes location drop offs without consideration to its customers. I won't be using them anymore. I would rather take the flight.

The stuff that was assisting us was great, except when the bus got late.

My experience was great compared to the last one,the service has improved I see changes...I've been a loyal customer to intercape...all the best to the management and the ground team I appreciate your workThe bus was on time,even on arrival,the toilet was working,the bus was clean well prepared. Worst bus services ever!!!! They abot 2hours late!!!! My son was traveling on the bus and missed this shuttle to his destination because Intercape Bus was late. We had to rush through to Durban to collect him. I will make sure NEVER to use them again!! The cashier's recon me that the time is estimated time of arrival......ridiculous to be more than 2 hours late!!!!

The seats in the bus are narrow, close to each other. My knees are sore because of the seat on front of me pushing against them because the person recline her seat. Not a good experience. For my return trip I will look for something else. We feel like sardines in a tim can. Not comfortable al all on the plus side I'd like to add that the drivers are good, the bus seems to be in a good condition and they are on time, but really I know it is a budget route but the seats are not up to standard. It is a long drive, they have to look into that.

Busses are not up to standard or roadworthy. Management conveniently ghost the public and are non-existent. With news all over that busses are being targeted, we were stranded in the middle of the night in the middle of nowhere for 5 hrs. They don't care!

Intercape has now overtaken all the other previously deemed "luxury liners". After not taking their bus for many years, it was a wonderful experience to see how they've up'd their game. Traveling in your bus was a pleasure. Keep up the good work :-

The office was nice and clean with friendly customers service but then their bus r now getting poor... We got stuck in the middle of nowhere for about 5 hoursthe bus was not clean, by the windows was having chappies and some tissues... A very poor hygiene. Please Improve ur bus services.

Would like if more busses have toilet facilities, even if you take the budget liner. Like the fact that it has wifi to connect with the movies site. Over all the bus drivers is friendly

Bus reached destination 3 hours late and air-conditioning was leaking onto seats but drivers courteous and safe .
