Those security guards are not well trained and they don't deserve to be there anymore the way they treated the one of the delivery guy I didn't like it at all and they're always dirt smelling bad sies I'm no longer going there again

If the was a 0 star I would have given a 0. The complex is not secure at all. The control system is just messed up and phathetic!! A year ago a car was stolen in the presence of security guards.Securities were then changed, two weeks ago there was a house break in in one of the units and nothing was done. 4 days later in one of the units again, 4 laptops and more were stolen iand it looks there was no break in the intruder had a key and nothing was done security inside job. Theres hot water and electricity issues where body corporate doesnt pay bills. The body corporate of the complex are the most useless people you could ever have in this place, they dont wanna take accountabbility or at least act, they fold back their hands like nothing is happening. If you want a peace of mind stay away from this complex, I am planning to move out as I type this review.

This was our home for 10 years. Best estate to live in for families. 2 pool and braai areas. Good open space for children to play.

The people!!!!! Guys! If you ever end up in GRC alone do it!!! Talk to people. Say hi. Stick to them. Don't find a boring group. Tell them you are alone. They shall make ypur day. You are promised fun. Stories!!! All lies.

I would like to see provision made for the people with challenges. Like a small go cart to drive around in. Great place to spend time with Family and Frends. Staff very helpful. Lots to see and do.
