I had never seen nor heard of a place like this. I remember being informed about a Valentines Day special and I wanted to do something nice for my girlfriend at the time. And wow, I did not regret it. It's a beautiful place. Nice walk around the garden and place. Spacious room I was in. Just lovely.

We booked a family room and a deluxe room. The deluxe room was for a friend and the family room for my husband and our 2 children. The family room had no extra blankets, which should be a given as this room does not have a carpet. We were freezing cold. No water in the fridge, only enough coffee for 2 people even though I specifically said we will be four in the room. No soap in the bathroom, only 2 towels for 4 people and no hot water to shower. NO TV IN THE ROOM. When I initially booked I enquired about the breakfast and the cost thereof. I was informed that there is breakfast and it will be an additional R75 per person which I had not problem with. The reason we opted for accommodation here, was because an alternative venue did not offer warm breakfast. Upon arrival when asked if I could pay for the breakfast, I was told there will not be breakfast as the owner/manager did not buy "stuff" for breakfast because she was not feeling well. I immediately messaged her and asked about it, still no answer. I had high hopes for this place, but was greatly disappointed. When we walked into the friend's deluxe room, it was warm and cosy. Our room was freezing cold from the get go. I would not recommend this place to my biggest enemy. I am only giving it 1 star to enable me to post.

Hmmm... interesting..nice and cool place with noughty small monkeys.. interesting..nice and clean sleeping rooms..clean swimming pool..next to braai site.hmmm..above all nice and respectful staff ..will be back again...

Place is lovely, staff is attentive.Except for de pool which has small broken glasses in , a single small slide for kids.Need extra cleaning device in water for them to be clear throughout

The room was clean but they had coffee and tea available but no kettle. Very frustrating.

A wonderful and amazing place just behind my back door, a place that makes you feel like you are somewhere far deep in africa, a must visit for everyone.

My 2nd time at this place but I was disappointed by the dirty pool and toilets... but the service was awesome...Rooms: 3/5

Everything was up to standard and their employees were very helpful, we had thee best experience!
