Hand made velvet and lace chokers , as well as alternative and quirky jewelery. I aim to provide affordable gothic and alternative jewelry, especially as this is hard to find in my country. Chokers are my specialty but I have branched out to include all sorts of gothic and alternative jewelry as well as crafts. I also take international orders and my store on Hello Pretty accepts Paypal as well as credit cards.

I keep the Albums updated with whats been sold/pricing, and just post on the timeline purely so that more people can see what I have, as I've found that the updates in the album only get shown to about 10 people. I also do markets and there may be a delay of up to a few days before the albums are updated with sold items, so availability of an item is confirmed via email/ PM/ comment on the photo.
Custom orders can also be made depending on the materials available, so you are welcome to contact me with your own ideas. I really enjoy working closely with people to create that special item!
Collection can be arranged or I can post the item to you at normal postage rates. I ship world-wide. Domestic postage (within South Africa) is R25 for up to 1kg and a tracking number. Neighboring SA countries (eg Namibia, Mozambique, etc) are R16.80 per 100g (without tracking number. Tracking number is an additional R27). International orders are R60 for one item OR combined sets such as a choker and earrings for example. This includes a tracking number (subtract R27 if you don't want one) and additional items are roughly R30 (depending on the weight).

My prices may vary between markets, my facebook store, Hello Pretty and cirqls.com. This is to cover additional costs such as market rental, Hello Pretty rental, petrol, etc.
Please note that the actual item may differ slightly to the photograph, this is usually the case of blue, red and purple items, I've found that my camera does not capture the colour accurately (it is always much nicer than it comes out in the photo). Where applicable, this is stated in the description. Any "faults" with the items are stated in the description and discount has been applied to the price.
I do not usually do refunds/ exchanges based on the nature of the items and I cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by postal delivery. I double check the item before I package it, and I package it securely with bubble-wrap and a bubble envelope. I have not had a problem with the postal service, I have sent off pocket watches which arrived in the same condition as when I posted them. If, however, you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me asap. If your item breaks (within any period of time after purchase) I am more than happy to fix it if I am able to, so please contact me to arrange a return and repair (postage at customer's expense). I will not charge you for the repair. I unfortunately cannot accept returns on pocket watches, so if yours does break you will have to take it to a watch repair place.
