Highly recommend Uwe Koetter Jewellers. My Fiancé had a fantastic experience and he was blown away by the service and care from Johan and his team. I am absolutely IN LOVE with my ring, it is perfect. 10/10! We will definitely be back for our wedding bands.
What a great experience choosing our wedding bands at Uwe Koetter. Johan was amazing and put us at ease choosing our designs. The final rings are absolutely beautiful!
Me and my fiancé needed urgent assistance with my ring that needed resizing for the next day. I phoned around to various jewellery stores, however Uwe Koetter was the only place that was willing and eager to assist us immediately. We dealt with Shane Mackrill who took my call. He met and assisted us when we came to the store. He was extremely friendly, knowledgable and helpful. He managed to advise us and to get my ring resized within a few hours which was a HUGE relief. Shane phoned me as soon as it was ready so we could come and collect. Thank you Shane for being so friendly, helpful and willing to go out of your way to help. You took a huge stress off our shoulders. Uwe Koetter are so lucky to have you! We will be back and will ask for you specifically.

You can rest assured that the quality of their workmanship is unparalleled and I have tried many jewellers in Cape Town. They are the best. Sharing my excitement and gratitude to the team at Uwe Koetter Jewellers for making beautiful rings for me and my fiance as well as my mother. Our order included a rework of hierloom diamonds. This was our first time using Uwe Koetter, and from beginning to end Simonette provided great care and professionalism. Our timeline for Cape Town was very short, and the UK team was able to finish one ring in 2 weeks. The remainder were shipped to us through DHL to the United States. The shipping was insured, very safe and arrived within 1 week after departing from South Africa. The UK team labeled and packaged all stones which were not used. Their care has made me a client for life. We thank you so much!
I am so happy with the new design of my wedding ring. I can’t stop looking at my ring. From now on Uwe Koetter will be my “ go to…” I got the best advice regarding new designs for old jewelry. And I could trust them to not overcharge , but asking a fair and affordable fee. And they did their utmost best to deliver before Christmas, even though time was limited. I am incredibly impressed with every single aspect of service given to me last year November/December by Naomi Smart of Uwe Koetter. I went for an initial consult for a signet ring I had custom made, and felt extremely safe and comfortable in the shop, as all safety protocols were adhered to. All subsequent correspondence ensued over email and WhatsApp. Every week, I had an update with pictures from Naomi, and when finally I couldn't come to pick up the ring, she hand delivered it to me at my home. I am so happy with the end result as well. Thank you Naomi and Uwe Koetter for great all round service!
With no idea of what and how to put an engagement ring together, uwe koetter helped me step by step. The service is something out of this world. They worked within my budget en gave me a memory that I will cherish forever. Would definitely recommend
My word!!! I've never come across a company like this!! Bought a ring for my girlfriend and called in to have it resized, i spoke to Rachel and my airtime ran out and she called me back in seconds She was so helpful and patient with every question and query i had. Then i had the pleasure of dealing with Shane and he was just as awesome, fully understood what i needed and even though there was a huge risk involved he completed the job and they were the only company willing to help at such short notice and before Christmas! You guys are awesome thank you for taking the risk with my ring and then ending up doing an amazing job. Im definitely returning to have my wedding rings made, you guys deserve th 5 stars rating you guys are on. Anybody dealing with you will be lucky!
Uwe Koetter and in particular Simonette were AMAZING. I wanted to surprise my partner with an engagement ring and wedding band so Simonette helped me design something beautiful within tight deadlines and within budget. The complicated bit was translating what was in my head to a real design in secret, via WhatsApp, whilst negotiating an 11 hour time difference since I am based in New Zealand. Nothing was ever a problem - not design changes, indecisions or uncertainties… Simonette professionally guided me through the process with confidence and calm… even at 4am! She helped bring it all to life and even executed the surprise delivery to perfection. ‘Over and above’ is an understatement. Thank you Simonette - we get so many compliments on our rings. I miss our secret 4am chats and want you to know you will be remembered and appreciated forever for your part in our story!
