I was disappointed and had to cancel the deal within a week, the estate agent seemed very uninterested or distracted, too many errors on the advert, did not correct them a week after I pointed them out to her, no paper work requested from me eg. my ID or any proof that I actually own the property no mandate nothing... she just took pictures and off she went to post a poorly worded advert, not responding to what's apps even when she was online when I sent her the text

As someone who bought there second house now, I honestly have to admit the whole process was extremely easy, no Hassel at all, clear communication, answered all questions. Thanks a million Abby /Michelle/Fanie/Gaylee for everything really was a smooth transition. Keep up the excellent work.

We've had a long process of finding the right property. Michelle was most forthcoming and helpful in assisting us, going the extra mile for us. She was always available or got back to us in due time, always willing to give info or to find out whatever it is we needed to know regarding any potential property. This is more than I could say from any other agent in Meyerton. Thanks for making our search a fond memory with you, Michelle!

The process of buying and getting the house on our name was fast BUT the agent that assisted us was very unclear, things weren't handled the right way, some of our money wasn't paid back to us and she never knew how to answer our questions We were first time buyers. If I called the agent, she was always busy with other clients which I can understand, but the way she delivered the message was rude. When we signed the contract for the attorneys, I phoned her to ask for some guidance and she said she is with family and can't help us that day. There was also a time that she put the phone down whilst my partner spoke to her. Wouldn't recommend them for first time buyers.

This agency does not know how to treat their clients, they are pushy end rude, They are also not listed on the Estates Agents Board,

Agency principal very rude. Also could not supply fidelity certificate when I requested.
