Paid him to get me an appointment to see a surgeon about a hernia. I didn’t need him to diagnose something as obvious as that but needed an appointment with a surgeon. I didn’t hear anything for two weeks and phoned his office to be told that they would let me know when they have made the appointment and that it going to take a long time to get an appointment anyway. I then phone a couple of months later to find out that I had missed the appointment as the hospital did not notify me but some how his office knew. So no check in from his office to see that I had been notified and that I hadn’t forgotten. I asked for him to call me two weeks ago and no call to date. Today I discover he is on holiday. Waisted months of time and money. In shock with this new behavior of Dr, he has seemed so genuine in the past.
TERRIBLE experience. My girlfriend was very sick. When she went in to his office he already had his jacket on ready to leave. He didn't even see her for 10 seconds or run any tests, he just said she had a viral infection, reached in his cupboard and gave her medicine one of which was antibiotics which isn't for viral infections - he didn't even say they were antibiotics and it didn't say "finish the course" as it should. R450 for that!? Absolutely unprofessional. We will never go here again.
Friendliest doctor I have been to in ages. Very straightforward and doesn't just rush through a consult to move on to the next patient.
Went there today after being recommended, the guy was in a rush, didn't take 10 seconds to.diagnose me and wrote me a sick note..still sick had to go to Sea Point to another doctor will.never go there again
Dr Stockton our local doctor, comes highly recommended. Always kind and thorough.
Dr Stockton is great but be careful when there is a substitute. They are mostly terrible.
