Worst customer service ever you wait for hours for them to call and people are passing you at the GP, I will cancel my medical because this people, I won't give any stars if it was possible, their service is on the same level as eskom, don't bother to use their service
My partner has been trying to use the Hello Dr for a few hours. The "Dr" will phone and as soon as you answer puts the phone down. This is indeed not 24 hours as they claim. Cannot even use the Hello Dr through the app as it just says retry. Don't waste your money to join Momentum for Hello Dr.
2 days ago 29th Dec 2022 I went to see a doctor because I was not feeling well and showed flu symptoms. The doctor booked me off for two days because I had said I shud be fine by sat 31st today. I went to bed feeling worse last night and woke up not feeling any better. I called hello doctor and told them I need to extend my leave because am still not fit for for work and that the doctor I went to closed for the day. The doctor refused and told me I shud go see another GP. I’m assuming she didn’t want to give me the sick note because she thought i was ditching work because of the festive season. I’m not impressed because instead of drinking my meds and resting in my bed I’m out and about looking for a GP that’s open to see me. I have not even finished my antibiotics to deem them as not working but she was very comfortable telling me after drinking my meds for 2 days that should go to the hospital if they are not working.
My partner she's using the momentum we downloaded the app went on the chart zone and we still awaiting for an authorization. We called the hotline that states is a 24hour service but the advise we got is we must wait for the call is been more than n hour now. Bad experience my partner must die before she could consult.
Called in to the customer line because the hello doctor app is not linked ??? to my ID number. Something that could literally take minutes to complete but no. Consultant hung up on me. Poor customer service sies
I have been trying to download the app on my phone for the last 2 months now and there all sorts of hiccups....my boyfriend and were on a medical health plan where he was the main member and I was a dependant. We could both not use the app and caused major problems. Eventually the company we dealt with separated our policies as two so we got our own medical health plan with own membership numbers. Well I tried to install the app again and everything went ok until they sent me OTP number which went to my boyfriends phone and not mine.... I am so tired of this problem with hello doctor. Now the broker I dealt with says I must contact hello doctor to sort it out. Why cant they contact me, tired of this now, we paying for a service we cant use. Thanks Colleen Cloete
Horrible experience have to wait for hours to be called back and get authorisation. Even when you call. They put you on hold then dont get back to you
I downloaded the app and tried to sign up. The app assumed a cell number for me which is not mine and promoted me to phone the support line if it’s not my number. Why not just ask for my number? Terrible user experience
They are the best .. the doctor called me at night and I was sleeping as I requested for a call back .. then the doctor called me again in the morning the next day to find out if I am okay .. thank you hello doctor.. You guys are the best
would not recommend DR that contacted me had the worst attitude & was not helpful at all
