DON'T GO THERE! Had an appointment with Louise Matthews. Worst doctor I have seen in my life. She made me cry. Very bitter, aggressive and judgemental. I felt terrible and treated like a child. What should have been a beautiful moment ended up in a true nightmare. How can someone work in this field and have so little humanity....
Had a wonderful experience with Dr. Louise and all of the reception staff. Very kind staff, helpful, and answered all of our questions. The clinic and waiting room is very clean, hygienic, and comfortable.
Dr. Christine was absolutely amazing! Best experience I’ve had at my 12 week scan - very professional and friendly.
I had both my 12 and 20 week scans done here. They are professional but both times my appointment ran very late. Unfortunately there is nothing they can do. I had to get additional testing done and the Dr made sure I was well informed and kept up to date.
I went to specialist gynaecologist Dr Shannon Morris Morris at Cape Gate for my 12 week and 20 week scan, as my regular gynaecologist suggested. He said there are few fetal scan specialists that deliver the quality of work that she does. She was very professional and polite. And one feels comfortable and assured by her findings, as she seemed very knowledgeable in her field. I would not doubt her findings. Even though she charges above medical aid rate, it is well worth the money. Would definitely return to her if I have a subsequent pregnancy.
Dr Christine was incredible in her clear and professional way of showing us everything to do with our baby's health. I felt I could ask questions and that it was an extremely valuable experience. Sheila at reception was also very efficient, helpful and professional. Brilliant centre and people
Had a wonderful experience. Very friendly receptionists, and Dr Christine Schabort was amazing and so patient and encouraging when our little one was not lying in position to check everything for 20 week scan. We had to go back twice to complete our scan and they were all very supportive. ​Highly recommend.
Christine is an amazing and caring person who makes you feel so loved and supported. I went for my scan at 11 weeks at the peak of Covid and she made me feel so safe and happy. I was quite bummed as my partner couldn’t come with due to restrictions, but she ensured that I got plenty of images and videos for him to see. At my 20 week scan, she went out of her way to ensure I got lovely photos again. Ultimately, both times I went there, I was left with a positive experience.
I am amazed by the professionalism, care and attention to detail you receive at this practice. From the dream team at reception to the excellent care from the medical team, it’s good to know that you’re in safe hands when you need to make an appointment at a sensitive time in your pregnancy.
I had a wonderful experience with Dr Norman. My entire experience, from my friendly interactions with the lovely receptionist, to following up and seeing Dr Norman has been effortless and very supported. I couldn't recommend her enough. Truly exceptional service!
