Please do not take out this insurance. Even on HelloPeter they have the worse reviews. I had a terrible experience with them ,if you value your money and mental health, PLEASE DO NOT TAKE OUT INSURANCE WITH THEM!! They will honour of their way not to pay your claim and make themselves the victim. I wish I could give them less then 1 star

Poor service. Stopping your policy is a nightmare. After two weeks of persuasion from them to make my premiums less,I thought at last they understood that I cannot afford it any more and stopped my policy. Gess what they debit me with the reduced rate I declined. Is this legit.

I have been with them for a year, even though I recently cancelled my services with them because I recently sold my car,they have never given me any problems.

Guardrisk is day light robbery, submitted my claim on the 6th of March and the claim was under review for almost a month and today got feedback saying the claim does not comply with the terms and conditions what terms and conditions when my phone was stolen this is actually the second time I am experiencing this with them

THE WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH .FROM THEIR BROKERS TO THEIR STAFF THEY ARE JUST RUDE.DUE TO THEIR OWN STUPIDTY THEY PAID OUT R1,9 MILLION TO A CLIENT THAT THEY JUST TOOK FOR GRANTED.THEY BELIEVE IN THIER BROKERS MORE THAN THAT OUR THEIR CLIENTS.THEY DONT RETURN CALLS,THEY DONT DESEREVE A RATING.

MTN Guard risk insurance is a big scam if you have been paying for it I suggest canceling it. Its been almost 4 months that they don't respond and when they do its a declined claim with no assessing of the problem. I've been trying to contact them and i keeping getting cut off. Fraudulent company, unprofessional services. Still struggling to Cancel a debit order that was opened fraudulently by a agent with the company and they confirmed with my signature that I didn't sign.

When I bought my Nissan np 200 van, the finance officer assisted me with life cover and shortfall insurance from guardrisk.

Every claim is classified maintenance without proper inspection. Contractors sent are unprofessional, do not do thorough inspection and are rude with no customer service— absolutely appalling! Do not insure with them!
