I had received the best service I'd never anticipated. I spoke to a lady called Rose regarding my policy. I was no longer able to afford the monthly premiums that I had previously upgraded and she advised me that I can always downgrade but still keep the policy as it is essential. She was very professional, kind, caring and empathetic and I felt that I was speaking to somebody that understands my situation. Thank you so much for the wonderful service.

My experience was extremely professional and the staff is extremely understanding and helpful. I had the plesure of speaking to Desiree. I had the desire to cancel my policy due to financial matters. Desiree assisted by reducing my policy to make it more manageable, and assured me that myself and my fiance was still covered. Platinum Life is a good business and has all the Professional, Good Quality, Responsive and Good Value for their policies. But most of all the staff shows compassion for all their clients and makes them feel special all the time. I am really happy that I have this policy with them and grateful to be with them and will always recommend it to family and friends.

I have been diagnosed with breast cancer in September 2022. The emotions and fear that accompanied the diagnosis were unreal..... and then everything started happening. I had more doctors appointments in a few weeks than I had my entire life. In between all of this I contacted Platinum Life. For many years I paid my monthly fee... and I never thought I would need to claim back. At Platinum Life I was immediately treated with respect, dignity and so much love. I also got feedback from Jani immediately after completion and submission of my documents. I was updated on a regular basis. After payout I also received a gift which was so appreciated. Platinum Life made my cancer journey softer and definitely more bearable!

It was wonderful to talk with Kathleen. She assisted me quickly and explained all the necessary terminology so I knew exaclty how my policy was changing and what those changes meant. I had a pleasant and hassle-free experience. Thank you!

Nadia was efficient, professional but most importantly compassionate and understood my situation. She did her best in me not cancelling my contract but made changes that are more affordable. Especially now, we are having to cut costs where we can just to try and survive. She understood and was still able to keep me going. Thankbu for your support and genuineness,   that is rare in the times we live today, no truth, all about money, you made it personal, and that's what people need these days. Honesty, being genuine.

I have also had a great experience. Some people don't understand that there comes a time where R100 makes or breaks a budget. I was treated with such compassion and still felt respected and dignified. Thank you
