I had an appt to lighten my hair. I showed the stylist what I was looking to achieve and asked for suggestions. Throughout my consultation, I was talked to like a child. I asked for suggestions and was met with rudeness instead. At one point I said, "I don't know anything about hair, what do you suggest?", and the stylist said, "I can clearly see you don't know anything about hair". At that point, I left. There's only so much condescending behaviour I can stand within 10min. I understood that the colour I wanted was a long shot, but had I just been spoken to in a decent manner I would not have walked out. I didn't walk out because I couldn't achieve the colour, I walked out because of how I was treated. Learn HOW to speak to people. Disappointing service.

Really amazing staff! Jackie is great with Mens hair aswell. Been going there for about 2 years.

Overall nice to visit. A business with so much potential. Friendly welcoming receptionist. Unfortunately I didn't experience that with the over staff. This wasn't my first visit, could be more likely my fifth. I was definitely being loyal going back each time, trying to build a good relationship with a service provider one needed monthly. This was supposed to be my time... Take care of your customers. Staff in general lack people skills and the personal touch of a beautician wasn't there. Introduced yourself, listen to your client and be informative. My hair was being colored and cut. No discussion. I just sat the time out. Sad to say. I sincerely hope that you will learn from this review and create a tranquil, nice to visit, always to come back salon. You are in the service business. Serve your clients with the best possible experience.

Very neat and clean and friendly.. but the expectation when visiting a salon is to feel treated and relaxed. This part lacks a bit. They are well priced.

Extremely unprofessional attitude to customers. Don’t recommend.
