Handi-In Hardware & Paint

Poor service, they are no longer what they use to be years ago. This is my second time to experience this poor service. I had to ask 3 times for people to simply assist me with paint .People kept walking past me with no interest of assisting. I waited 20 minutes in the area , even after speaking to one of the senior staff who told me to be patient and wait. I later then left the store empty handed. I went back a few minutes later after cooling down and then again I had to ask 2 different people to help and only after shouting for help , somebody came to help me with paint. They clearly have no interest in people coming in and wanting to make small purchases as the store only seem to help the people making larger purchases i.e contract workers.

I will NEVER support one of the bigger chain stores again. They can't compete with the excellent service and prices I got here. Return customer, 'fo sure.

Always a pleasure to visit here. The staff is very friendly and will immediately provide assistance. There is also a very wide variety of products at great prices and finding what you came for is almost always available.
