The patterns! The colours! The pictures do not lie. So far I have bought two dresses from Haute Afrika & I have loved them both! I'm not one for colourful or fancy clothing, but these are different. They are vibrant colours in excellent quality and I cannot overstate how comfortable they are. I wear them only to the best occasions like my graduation and my cousin's wedding and I truly feel they are money well spent. The fit is always right, plus, the compliments just keep coming! In my experience until now, the staff has always been kind, accommodating, and helpful, providing efficient, prompt service, both online and in person. My relationship with Haute Afrika is still new, but I look forward to seeing and supporting what else she produces. I will definitely be back for more! Thank you so much for such beautiful, unique, and quality work.
Haute Africa always Rock their size 30 like it's tailor made. The shop saved my life after a disaster dress from a self-proclaimed designer in Midrand.After I bought my first dress, the store is my first option for traditional clothing. The store in Rosebank is small though and limited option. I guess it's because they have an online store.
Terrible service received. Firstly the dress was not ready on time, when I eventually collected the dress it was big and I was given a story of how they need 3 days to do alterations which meant I was not going to get my dress on time for my graduation. Extremely disappointed by first the service they offered, late delivery of the dress and they refused to refund me even when they could not even deliver a completed product on time. We are always accused of not supporting black businesses.when we do decide to support black businesses , we receive poor service and workmanship. What a waste of time and money!
Love the great service and they were very considerate . They accepted my request to deliver early because I had to go to a wedding. The dress was beautiful

I give credit where credit is due and the staff treats their customers with care and respect, but they are very incompetent. I won't be purchasing anything from them again. There were way too many mistakes regarding my order.
Received an order from from haute afrika . First of all I must say the customer service is absolutely fantastic . They were always trying their hardest to keep me upto date with my order right from the beginning to the end . Once I received the order my wife was absolutely amazed by the quality of the fabric and the workmanship that went into making the garments.
