Ordered a Citizen online. Delivered today. Watch does not work. Instruction manual does not match the watch so I can't read up on the watch. Sent an email to customer care three hours ago and zero response. What a let down from Citizen Watches SA.
Guys, its been two weeks for order #BL9225. Its impossible to call and no one responds to your contact form.
What an amazing place with amazing people. I took my nearly 30 year old Guess watch in for repairs after numerous places told me it's unfixable. Well, these wonderful people did an AMAZING job!!!!! So happy to have my Guess watch working again.
I ordered a bangle from their website. I specifically asked the assistant on the chat about sizes. I ordered a medium sized bangle and I was sent a small bangle. My order clearly states I ordered a medium and the bangle I received is clearly marked a small.It does not fit. It’s been impossible to get any sort of after sales service. I would not be ordering anything from them ever again.
I purchased an Ice watch for my daughter from One Day Only and 2 days later we had some issues with the watch. I tried to contact One Day Only, sent email upon email and no response. I then decided after 2 weeks to send an email to Treger Brands to assist. Best decision ever. I got in contact with a wonderful lady called Ann who was such a huge help. She collected the watch from my house to be repaired. She kept me posted on the status of the repairs. After the watch was repaired she brought it back to me again. Thanks so much Ann Gajdos as well as Treger Brands for providing such excellent aftercare services. You guys are the best!
Quite sad to resort to a publick forum to hopefully get some response from someone at Treger Brands. I have handed my Citizen in at Treger on the 1st Sept. For repairs on the strap. No feedback from them for n month and a half. Started phoning to enquire about the repairs. Have made 19 calls and left numerous messages. Still don't know what is the situation with my watch. Have asked to speak to a manager and got as far as a voice mail box. Not quite the message that will be spred to the brands that you represent. I hope this forum will get me closer to talk to a person than talking to a answering service. This can be just a warning signal to prospective buyers of the brands they represent. Quite sad!!

Shocking service, time wasting and frustrating; think twice before ordering online with Thomas Sabo for jewellery. Here are the facts: my nieces boyfriend placed an order for their anniversary; jewellery from Thomas Sabo online in the Treger group placed in the UK around 12 December 2018. Item still not received in Joburg 22 January and a huge run around from the service call centre, mainly Rochelle Dean tried to helped but not great at giving us feedback. Monday 21 and Tuesday 22 January 2019 niece flies out on 22nd - today to UK - not returning calls, not calling back as promised, and not putting us through to a senior manager everyone is on lunch, they are out, and they do not have cell phones!!!. After much phoning and explaining I dont know how my niece kept her cool! about 9 times, they SAY they will deliver this to us BEFORE she leaves for the airport in half an hour. Unfortunately we don't have much faith in them right now so not holding our breath. Think twice before ordering with this company is our opinion. This was a VERY bad, time wasting, frustrating and stressful experience from what should be a reputable company.
